A 423-acre master-planned campus in Delhi Township, Michigan: four two-story data halls clustered in the site's north interior, with pond and dense tree cover to the west, rail and industrial adjacency to the northeast, and residential frontage no closer than approximately 2,000 feet from the data center building.
