We do data center development differently
“Our focus is not simply building data center sites. It is building energy-integrated infrastructure that strengthens local grids, enhances reliability, and creates durable economic value for host communities.”
Gary W. Dorris, PhD, Co-Founder and CEOLighthouse Sustainability was founded on a simple conviction: the data centers powering the AI revolution can and must be built in a way that strengthens communities, protects the environment, and lowers costs for everyone. Our mission is to create positive impact for communities, the environment, and consumers.
We reimagine data centers, actively innovating and realizing positive contributions to our towns, our planet, and our finances, and we believe AI infrastructure must be designed with transparency, accountability, and long-term stewardship in mind.
Our founders bring decades of thought leadership and experience at the intersection of grid operations, resource planning, energy economics, and infrastructure finance, with a track record spanning more than $150 billion in clean energy financing and 100+ gigawatts of clean power development.
We are not a short-term developer. Projects are designed for twenty-year horizons, structured so host communities share durably in the value, and include transferable accountability after our role in a project ends.
The goal is simple: infrastructure that works for AI, works for the grid, and works for the community.
